ARRANGMENTS


Each piece is created with fresh, seasonally available stems and crafted to reflect a mood, palette, or spatial intention. Choose from our curated color palettes and arrangement sizes, then let our studio take care of the rest. All arrangements are made to order, delivered in a vase, and optional note. Customers are welcome to leave a note at checkout on their arrangement style request, yet no guarantees.

We offer local delivery from both studio locations:
  • Seattle – 98101
  • New York City – 10001

Delivery fees begin at $15 within a 5-mile radius of each studio zip code. Additional fees apply for extended distances and will be calculated based on location and courier availability.

EVENT BOOKINGS & CUSTOM ORDERS ❀Looking for something beyond our everyday offerings? Whether you're dreaming up florals for an installation, gallery, brand activation, editorial, or intimate celebration—our studio welcomes custom commissions and floral collaborations.

We take on a limited number of events each season with a starting minimum of $750. Every project begins with a quote based on your needs, location, and design scope.

FAQ ❀ Returns and Policies:
Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. Each arrangement is made-to-order using freshly sourced, seasonal materials and the labor of a small, hands-on team. Because of the time-sensitive and delicate nature of florals, returns or exchanges are not possible.

We take care to source the highest quality blooms and include care instructions with every delivery to help ensure longevity. With proper handling, your flowers should last a minimum of 72 hours from the time of delivery or pickup.

If your arrangement arrives in poor condition or begins to deteriorate within 24 hours despite proper care, please reach out through our contact form above with a description and photo. While we cannot offer refunds, we’ll always do our best to assess the issue and make it right when appropriate.

Please note that all pieces are Designer’s Choice and created based on what’s available in the market. We do not offer refunds or replacements based on personal taste, color preferences, or requests we were unable to accommodate due to seasonal limitations. If you prefer more specific styling, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to point you in the direction of florists who specialize in more fixed styles.

Can I choose specific flowers?

We work exclusively with seasonally available blooms. While you're welcome to leave a mood, color, or tone request at checkout, all arrangements are Designer’s Choice and based on what's freshest that week.

Can I replicate a past arrangement?
Because of seasonal and market variation, we cannot replicate previous designs. Instead, we invite you to describe the feeling or palette you loved, and we’ll interpret it in a new way.

How far in advance should I order?
The earlier the better. Most of our materials are sourced day-of or day-before. We recommend at least 48 hours’ notice.

Can I send flowers to someone else?
Absolutely. Please enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. You’ll also have the option to include a personal note.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. All arrangements are made to order and require sourcing in advance.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes! We offer public pickup at select locations in NYC and Seattle. Leave a note in your order or inquiry and we’ll follow up with pickup instructions.

What if I need something more custom or large-scale?
For installations, full-service events, and fully tailored designs, please submit an inquiry in our contact shet above. We’d love to hear what you’re planning.
